We start by listening. You tell us which rooms you want done, what's down there now and what you're hoping for, whether that's hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, tile or carpet. We'll ask a few questions about how you use the space, like pets, kids or a bathroom that sees a lot of water, so we can point you toward a floor that fits.
If it makes sense, we set a time to come out, measure and look at the subfloor, since that's often what shapes the job and the price. You'll get your quote by phone or in person, explained in plain terms. Because we keep the same people on a job from the first visit to the last plank, the faces you meet at your door are the ones you'll see on install day.
